The dealer is an agnostic representation of the keeper of the dead. He judges folk for their sins and punishes or rewards them respectively. He deals cards in an eternal poker game. This set before the Hoard at the end of the Halls at the bottom of the mine. One of his powers is to curse money he handles to cause those who handle it to experience it’s bloody history.
The dealer is a skeleton dressed in black with a wide brimmed hat. He wears gloves and looks down to shroud his features most of the time. If he ever looks up the underside of his hat and his collar are both bright red or yellow, cobra-like.
